Willa Jo Murrell, 88, passed away on July 20th, 2021. Willa Jo was born in Marceline, Missouri on November 21st, 1932. She married Clifford E. Murrell on December 31st, 1950. To that union three children were born: Ruan, Lydia and Donald. Willa Jo enjoyed painting, boating, and was heavily involved in the Abdallah Shrine and Eastern Star organizations. She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Clifford. She is survived by her children Ruan (Rick) Hartis, Lydia (Jerry) Nichols, Donald (Cathy) Murrell; grandchildren Kristin, Kurt, Heather, Tanner, Ashley Jo and Parker; 7 great-grandchildren; and many family and friends who will miss her greatly. A service will be held at the Amos Family Funeral Home on Friday, July 23rd, 2021 at 10am, with burial taking place afterwards at Pleasant View Cemetery in Shawnee, Kansas.
