<p>Patricia A. Brida (nee Sullivan), 85, of Toms River, NJ, passed away Monday, July 19, 2021 at home.</p> <p>Born in Jersey City, NJ, she was a lifelong resident of Jersey City before moving to Toms River in 2015</p> <p>Patricia was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church, Jersey City, NJ.</p> <p>She was predeceased by her husband, James Brida, in 2006 and her daughter Lois Weaver in 2012.</p> <p>Patricia is survived by her two sons William Brida and his wife Jane of Toms River, Daniel Brida and his wife Barbara of Hoboken, NJ, and three grandchildren Jonathan Brida, Jacqueline Weaver and Nicholas Weaver.&nbsp;</p> <p>The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, July 22, 2021 3:00pm &ndash; 7:00pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 995 Fischer Blvd. ,Toms River, NJ.&nbsp; The Mass of Christian Burial and entombment will be private.</p> <p>Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.ryanfuneralhome.com.</p>

Mom, I couldn’t have had a better mother-in-law. You were a very caring, thoughtful person. You always thought of the other person needs. We will miss you dearly. You are at peace now. May God watch over you.
