<p>64 year old, Donna Rae Laws, of DeMotte, passed away July 7, 2021 at Elizabethton, Tennessee.</p> <p>On July 6, 1957, Donna was born to Robert and Loraine (Rance) VanHouten, in Chicago, Illinois. On October 13, 2001, Donna married Douglas Laws in Rensseler, Indiana. Donna ran the food pantry at the Christian Church of DeMotte. She loved to paint and travel.</p> <p>Donna is survived by her loving family: husband: Douglas, children: Kevin (Natasha) Clark, Andy Clark, Neil Laws, Kerri (Cody) Ackerman, Kyle Laws and 4 grandchildren.</p> <p>Donna was preceded in death by her parents, brother: Robert VanHouten, and sister: Barbara Sheaks.</p> <p>Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 19, 2021, at Graceland Cemetery Chapel, Valparaiso, Indiana. Services for Donna will take place at the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jacob Harris officiating.</p> <p>In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.</p>Obituary
