Carmine Sellitto Obituary

God called Carmine to Him on July 8, 2021, at the age of 92. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Ester. Adored by his dear children Rocco, Gerry (Anna) and Lucy (Brian). Proud nonno to Bianca, Daniela, Juliana, Susanna, Anthony, Sabrina and Alessia. Carmine will be reunited with his parents, parents-in-law, and predeceased siblings. He will be remembered by his sister, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. Carmine was born in Pratola Serra, Avellino, Italy in 1929. After working in Canada in the early 50s, he returned to Italy where he married his beloved wife and returned to Canada in 1959. Carmine was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, who cherished the time spent with them. His biggest joy was gathering with his family every Sunday for lunch and watching them grow up. As an avid soccer fan, who celebrated multiple world cups, Carmine enjoyed cheering on his Azzurri during this year’s European cup. Carmine sarà custodito nel cuore di tutti che lo hanno conosciuto. Riposa in pace caro Carmine. We are pleased to be able to livestream the Funeral Mass for Carmine on Tuesday July 13, 2021 at 9:30 am.
