<p>Passed away suddenly at his residence in Marystown, NL, on Saturday, July 03, 2021, GEORGE EVANS, of English Hr. East, NL, in his 50th year. Leaving to mourn his loving mother Mary, Fiancé Trudy, daughter Hailey, step daughters Ashley and Alicia, Uncle Albert Saunders, Marystown, Aunt Betty Smith, St. John’s, a large number of cousins and a large circle of other relatives and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>George is predeceased by his father Sidney Evans, and his Aunt Susan and Uncle Robert.</p><p><br></p><p>The Evans Family will be accepting visitors at Peninsula Funeral Home in Creston South on Wednesday, July 7th, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A maximum of 50 people at any one time is permitted in the building. In order to maintain social distancing and to follow the public health advisory of COVID 19, a walk through visitation will take place.</p><p><br></p><p>As per COVID – 19 regulations, everyone is asked to sign the contact tracing sheet upon entering the building and masks are required. Please note that there is no food permitted in the building.</p><p><br></p><p>Cremation will follow.</p>Obituary
