<p>Kathya Dianna Whitt Arnold, age 67, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 after a battle with breast cancer.</p> <p>She was a member of Avondale Baptist Church.</p> <p>She is preceded in death by: her parents, George M. and Betty Hodge Whitt; her grandparents, Thea and Josie Whitt and Mettie Hodge and special friend Jim Carson.</p> <p>She leaves behind: her sisters: Darlene (Jerry) Howington and Debbie Spoon; nieces: Melissa Kelley and Brittany Shoffner; great nephews: Zachary (Jessica) Carmichael and Camdon and Carter Bell. She also leaves behind, several special, aunts, uncles, and cousins.</p> <p>The family will receive friends from 12:00noon to 2:00pm on Saturday, July 3<sup>rd</sup> at Mayes Mortuary in Morristown. Funeral services will follow with Rev. Randy Morgan officiating. Interment will be in Hamblen Memory Gardens following the service.</p> <p>Pallbearers will be: Zachary Carmichael, Rodney Caudill, Darren Kimbrough, Koleton Kimbrough, Slade Moore, & Duane Wilson</p>Obituary
