MANTUA

Kathy M. Maynard, 64 years of age, passed away Tuesday June 29, 2021 at Cleveland Clinic Hospital. Born in Cleveland on February 2, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Trudy (Helmick) Ross. A homemaker, she had been a resident of the Mantua area since 2004. Kathy had many interests including ceramics, her dogs, the cruises she and Ricky took, and she especially enjoyed going to eat at Wendy’s for their country style chicken sandwiches, and at Master Pizza with hot peppers added on. Don’t bother Kathy when Gunsmoke was on TV! Her family will always remember the warm, and caring feelings she had for those she loved. On September 10, 1979, she married Rickey J. Maynard who survives at their home. Also surviving are her siblings Roland Ross of Ashtabula, Patty (Dale) Zink of Freedom Twp., Tammy (Wally) Vaught of Wellington, Ohio, Eulalia (Tim) Maynard of Garfield Hts.,and Tina (Ken) Bice of Montville. She was preceded in death by her son Andy Maynard in 2005, and her brothers John and Patrick Ross. Visitation will be Tuesday July 6, 2021, at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer trail at the corner of St. Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 44255, from 11:00 A.M.-12:00 Noon, where her funeral service will then begin at Noon.
