Lancie George Age 85, of Plum, on Sunday, June 20, 2021. Beloved husband of 66 years to Joan; loving father of George (Marcia) Lancie and Judy (Vince) Lagrotteria; grandfather of Anthony Lagrotteria, Heather (Chad) Caruso, Brittany (Sam) Rodrigue, Matthew Lancie and the late Ronnie Mahaffey; great-grandfather of Jacob, Lucas, Lily, Beckham and Eleanor; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; preceded in death by 9 siblings. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial, Wednesday 11 a.m. in St. John the Baptist Church at Holy Family Parish. Interment in Plum Creek Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd.

George was always so happy to talk about Pittsburgh history. We would visit occasionally to see Judy, Vince and Anthony over the years of moving back from Slatington. We’re sending our love and condolences to you all
