<p>John “Jean” Gaston Revet<br />1938 – 2021<br /><br />John passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at the Redvers Health Centre at the age of 82 years. John was born on December 29, 1938 at home on Sec 26- Twp 6 – Rge 30 in the Antler District, Saskatchewan. John was the 3rd child of 16.<br /><br />On June 11, 1966, he married Rita Marie Lamy. For most of their married life they lived southwest of Redvers, where they raised their six children: Anita (Charles), Ed (Shannon), Wanda (Rene), Raymond (Judy), Brenda (Alan) and Larry (Jen). From those 6 kids came 20 grandkids and 14 great grandkids. John was also blessed with several in-laws, nieces and nephews.<br /><br />John was predeceased by his parents; mother and father-in-law; 4 brothers; 3 brothers-in-law and 1 sister-in-law.<br /><br />The Funeral Mass for John was held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church, Redvers, Saskatchewan with Rev. Ronald Andree presiding. The interment followed in the Redvers Town Cemetery.<br /><br />In memory of John, memorial donations may be made to the Redvers & District Community Health Foundation Inc., P.O.
