Zella Jrene Johnson, 83, of Shirley, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021.  She was born in Ada, Oklahoma to the late George Thomas Christian and Fannie Mae Smith.  Zella worked as a waitress in the food industry and was of the Baptist faith. At her core, Zella loved her children, her grandchildren, great grandchildren and enjoyed a good fishing trip.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Devonna Allen (Phillip Allen) of Shirley, Arkansas, John Johnson, Sr. (Patricia Johnson), Drake Branch Court Virgina; siblings, Donna Talbot of Yukon Oklahoma, Jesse Christian of Boyd, Texas; 7 grandchildrn and 13 great grandchildren.

Zella was preceded in death by her parents, Thoms and Fannie Mae Christian; siblings Leonard, Tom, Amos, Jack, Carl, Louise Drake, and Betty Finnell.

A private memorial service will be held at a later time.
