Kenneth Hillard KANE Kenneth Hillard, 79, of Kane, passed away Saturday (June 5, 2021) at the Lutheran Home at Kane. Born September 26, 1941, in Kane, he was a son of the late Lester and Mildred Hepler Hillard. Ken had been employed as a janitor in the Kane Schools and previously had worked with his father in the woods. He enjoyed fishing, loved riding his Harley and enjoyed cutting fire wood. Surviving are a son, Mark Hillard of Florida; two sisters, Lydia Smead of Sheffield and Leslie (Randy) Pierce of Warren; and a brother, Perry (Tammy) Hillard of St. Marys. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Roland Hillard and a sister, Linda Kraft. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
