Deborah H. (Workman) Schuchart, age 72, of McSherrystown, passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Pappus House in York. She was the loving wife of the late David A. Schuchart, who passed away on April 5, 2020. Deborah was born in Elkins WV on December 11, 1948 and was the daughter of the late Miles Workman and Helen (Hinchman) Workman. She worked as a cabinetmaker for Masterbrand Cabinets Inc. in Littlestown for many years prior to retiring. She is survived by her daughter Kimberley Schuchart of New Oxford and her son S. David Schuchart and his wife Maria Rogalla of Philadelphia; her grandchildren Britnee, Madison, Mykala, Sasha and Freya and her great granddaughter Payton. She is also survived by her sisters Joyce Workman, Pamela Battan and Kathryn Workman. She was predeceased by her daughter Tonya Thornton, her brothers Miles Workman and Myles Workman and her sisters Jennifer Hederick and Beverly Rowan. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Deborah’s memory may be made to Pappus House, 253 Cherry St., York PA 17402.
