James was born on 05/08/1960 in Canton Ohio to Lesile and Rex. He grew up largely in Iowa. With several brothers and sisters. He had a love of fantasy and art and a talent for Drawing. As his two had two Sons Brandon and Thomas also developed a love of video games. Enjoying the Final Fantasy series largely above other games enjoying the story and gameplay.
Later in life, the greatest Joy he got was From his two Granddaughter Alice and Amber who he spent time with every day. Especially nap time with Amber.
He was a good man that taught his sons to be Kind and help others whenever they were able. He did not always live to his own standard but he always tried the best he could. He believed there was always hope and that no matter how bad things got they would always improve somehow.  He leaves behind a legacy that teaches hope and Kindness. Few men can say the same.
