Piedmont, SC Mr. Rudolph “Doc” Cullins, 73, of Piedmont, peacefully departed this life on Friday, May 14, 2021, at his residence. He was born in Anderson County to the late Allen, Sr. and Cora Lee Cullens. He is survived by his devoted wife of 50 years, Mrs. Roxie Cullins; one daughter, Rochelle (Spencer) Mosley of Piedmont, South Carolina; one sister, Shirley Garrison of Jacksonville, FL; four brothers, Charles (Gwendolyn) Cullens of Belton, SC, Allen Cullens, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL, James Calvin Cullens of Anderson, SC, and Lynce E. (Joann) Cullins of Anderson, SC; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service: Sunday, May 23, 2021, 3:00 pm, at Watkins Garrett &Woods Mortuary, with interment at Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Belton SC.
