On May 13, 2021, Paul Edwin Kaup, age 91, of Ross Twp, born on June 29, 1929. Paul was the youngest of two children born to Marion and Earle Kaup. He and his sister Leora grew up in the North Boroughs area of Allegheny County. He graduated from Geneva College and married Patricia Diane Kaelin on November 18th 1950. He led a rich and varied life working on the Great Lakes ore boats when he was young. Most of his career was spent working for various companies in AT&T including Western Electric and Bell Telephone. Paul and Patricia had four children, David Earle Kaup (Anna), Diane Elizabeth Koehnlein, (Michael) Peter Edwin Kaup and Douglas Edward Kaup (Catherine). Paul was preceded in death by his beloved wife Patricia and his cherished Grandson Steven. He is survived by his son David Kaup and his wife Anna, Grandson Paul Kaup and his wife Megan, Great-Grandsons Paul James Kaup and Lincoln Kaup. Great-Granddaughter Chastity Kaup. Daughter Diane Koehnlein and her husband Michael, Grandson Michael Koehnlein, Granddaughter Kaelin Brady.
