Peacefully at Beach Grove Home on Thursday, May 13, 2021 the death occurred of Claire Ann McLaughlin-Bungay of Stratford, age 58 years. Beloved wife of Greg Bungay. Loving mother of Annie Bungay (Michael McArthur), Mary Bungay (Tanner Ings) and Maureen Bungay (Keith Hogg). Cherished grandmother of November, Millie and Iris. Claire will be missed by her mother, Mildred (Robichaud) McLaughlin and siblings, Margaret “Peggy” Ogden (Steve), Patrick (Jill), John (Cathy) and Daniel (Wanda). Lovingly remembered by numerous, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her father Patrick McLaughlin. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford. Due to current restrictions, a private family funeral service will be held at a later date. No public visiting hours will be held. Interment will take place later at Our Lady of the Assumption Cemetery, Stratford. Memorial donations may be made to the Beach Grove Memorial Fund, dedicated for resident’s activities. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all staff at the Beach Grove Home for their dedication and care shown to Claire.
