Carl Edward (Sonny) Lampton, age 85, a lifelong resident of Licking County Ohio went to be with the Lord May 13, 2021 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center (operated by Hospice of Central Ohio). He was born January 25, 1936 in Muskingum County, Ohio to the late Carl B. and Thelma (West) Lampton. Carl was a graduate of Glenford High School in 1953, in Glenford, Ohio and was a beloved member of his family. In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by his twin sisters, Mary Alice DeLoach and Marjorie Anna (Krahn) Jourdan; nephew, Timothy Krahn and niece, Janet (Krahn) Thorpe. Carl is survived by two brothers, James David (Geraldine) Lampton and Joseph (Rose) Lampton; a sister, Dianne Marie Lampton; and many nieces and nephews. No services will be held at this time.
