Delphine Wilkins Black Obituary

Ruby “Delphine” Wilkins Black, 91, of Winston-Salem passed away peacefully at Brookridge Baptist Retirement Home Thursday, May 13, 2021.  She was one of nine children, born to the late Elder Len Wilkins and Sudie Sisk Wilkins.  Delphine retired from Adam Millis Inc.  Surviving is her daughter, Judy Phillips (Dean) of Pfafftown; son, Larry Black (Linda) of South Carolina; three grandchildren, Tracy Black of South Carolina, David Phillips of Tobaccoville, and Tammy Looz (Joe) of Rural Hall; and two great-granddaughters, Ruby-Mari and Rosa.  A graveside service will be conducted 1:00 PM Saturday, May 15th at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with Mr. Ray Hege officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Industry of the Blind, Inc., 920 W.
