Thomas J. Fencyk

Thomas J. Fencyk, age 66, passed away suddenly at home in Clinton Township on Saturday, April 16, 2016. Tom was a 1966 graduate of St. Anthony's High School in Detroit. He married his high school sweetheart Marsha (nee Tomczak) in 1973. Tom worked at Chrysler's Jefferson plant until his retirement. Tom is survived by his siblings Barbara Lex (Dennis), Edward (Geraldine), Rose Andrecovich (Mark); sister-in-law Loretta Bayma; eleven nieces and nephews; and seven great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Marsha, parents Edward and Helen, and brothers Ronald and Gerald. Tom was an avid dog lover, loved a good meal, and sported a wicked sense of humor that often led those around him to laugh to tears. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 11 am at St. Michael Catholic Church, 40501 Hayes Road, Sterling Heights. Inurnment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
