Erin Tobin Pratt Obituary

Erin Tobin Pratt, of Sauquoit, passed away May 1, 2021, surrounded by her family after a long courageous battle with Leukemia. Erin was born, December 18, 1975 in New Hartford, the daughter of Dick and Molly Tobin, and attended Notre Dame High School. Erin’s greatest accomplishment in this world, was being a mother to her beloved and cherished daughter, Kayleigh. They shared an unbreakable bond and even shared a birthday. Kayleigh brought her mother so much joy and Erin couldn’t have been prouder of her. Erin’s success and mark on this world are evident by the number of friends she leaves behind. To know Erin was to love her and she easily made friends wherever she went. Her friends brought her so much joy and happiness and she considered them all family. Erin found joy in the simplest of pleasures in life and needed only friends and family, and a good song on the radio to bring a smile to her face and heart. She was looking forward to the backyard fires she would have this summer with her favorite people. In addition to Kayleigh, Erin is survived by her significant other, Dan Jenks, who was the love of her life; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Colleen and Tony Servadio and Kathleen Shevlin; a beloved nephew, Alex Shevlin; special aunt, Sr. Ann Monica, OP (Toby) as well as aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. Special thank you to Tom and Noelle Arcuri and Donna Grimaldi for all the kindness shown to Erin throughout the years. When you feel the warmth of the sun on your face, a gentle breeze, listen to music, or spot a ladybug, think of Erin because it will be her watching over you. In her memory, please do an act of kindness or offer a smile to a stranger. Rest in Peace sweet angel. A memorial mass to celebrate Erin’s life will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 12:00 noon at Our lady of Lourdes Church. Her interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Whitesboro.
