<p>On April 6, 2021 Barbara (Newberry) Bollinger joined her heavenly family while encircled by her husband, daughters, and son-in-law. She unexpectedly passed away while vacationing with friends in Arizona. Barbara was born November 4, 1947 in Canton, Ohio to Robert and Jo Ann (Bruder) Newberry. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1965 where she met her loving husband of 52 years, Ronald Bollinger.</p> <p>Barbara began her career as an administrative assistant. She worked in credentialing for Doctor&rsquo;s Hospital and became a Certifies Personal Secretary (CPS). She was promoted to Executive Secretary to the CEO. Barbara continued her career at Mercy Medical Center where she served as the Executive Secretary Administrative Manager. She retired on April 1, 2011. She was also a strong and nurturing mother to her two daughters and a supportive spouse to her husband.</p> <p>Barbara had a very kind spirit and had a passion for caring for family and friends. Barbara enjoyed exercising, sewing, journaling, and writing children&rsquo;s books. She reveled in relaxing motorcycle rides and traveling but most of all she delighted in being with family and friends. Barbara was the happiest hosting a gathering for everyone she loved.</p> <p>Barbara is survived by her husband Ronald, brother Robert Newberry (Dolly), sister-in-law Sharon Lembright (Robert) Bortz, daughters Karen (James) Fosbrink and Terri Bollinger, grandchildren Brent, Patts, and Nicholas Fosbrink, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.&nbsp;</p> <p>We will never forget Barbara&rsquo;s passion for life, her kindness, and her extraordinary ability to listen. Calling hours will be held&nbsp;on May 8, 2021 from 1pm to 5 pm&nbsp;at Arnold&rsquo;s Funeral Home in Hartville Ohio. A private ceremony for immediate family will be held&nbsp;on Monday May 10, 2021&nbsp;at Mount Peace Cemetery in Hartville Ohio.</p> <p>Please join us on Saturday to honor Barbara as a wife, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend.</p> <p>In leu of flowers, please make all donations to the Youth Foundation at St. Stephen Martyr Lutheran Church on Fulton Road in Canton Ohio.</p>
