<p>Lynn Lloyd Francis, age 78, of Atwater, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.</p> <p>Born October 7, 1942, in Akron, son of the late Theodore and Gwendolyn Francis.</p> <p>Lynn was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran and served during the Vietnam War. He was very active in Alcoholics Anonymous and made many lifelong friends while participating. Family always brought a smile to Lynn’s face. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him.</p> <p>Lynn is preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Jack Francis and Lois Berry.</p> <p>He is survived by his loving brother Larry (Nancy) Francis, and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.</p> <p>At Lynn’s request, he will be cremated and there will not be a service at this time.</p> <p>In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lynn’s name are suggested to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 25643 Waterloo Rd., Mogadore, OH 44260.</p>Obituary
