Ronald T. Whitsell of Crabtree, beloved husband, and father, born December 19, 1945, was called to his heavenly home on April 21, 2021. He suffered many years of illnesses and disabilities. His profession in life was in supervision. He enjoyed bird hunting, his dogs, and tinkering around on projects. He was preceded in death by his father Baily Whitsell, his mother Anna L. (Blue) Myrick of Evansville, Indiana, his stepfather William Myrick and sister-in-law Barbara Whitsell of Evansville, Indiana. Survivors include his wife Mearldine (Forrester) Whitsell of Crabtree, Arkansas, one daughter Melanie Eitel (Donny) of Rockledge, Florida, stepsons Kevin (Kelly) Silvers of Russiaville, Indiana, Randy and (Donna) Silvers of Peru, Indiana, 16 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers Larry Whitsell, Howard (Debbie) Whitsell both of Evansville, Indiana, sister Kimberla Robinson of Evansville, Indiana, sister-in-law Geraldine Brock of Clinton, Arkansas, and several nieces and nephews. A memorial Service will be at a later time.
