<p>Roscoe Cross, 89, of Hoopeston, passed away at 5:10 p.m. Friday, April 16, 2021, at Colonial Manor Nursing Home, in Danville.</p> <p>Roscoe was born on October 19, 1931, in Metcalfe County, Kentucky, the son of William Thomas and Lola Mae (Pointer) Cross.&nbsp;</p> <p>He is survived by his significant other- Barbara Peercy of Hoopeston.</p> <p>He was preceded in death by his parents.</p> <p>Roscoe worked as a farmer and at Joan of Arc, for 15 years.&nbsp; He enjoyed fishing.</p> <p>Cremation rites will be accorded and burial will be held at a later date at Floral Hill Cemetery.&nbsp; The family has entrusted the Blurton Funeral Home to assist them in honoring Roscoe&rsquo;s life.&nbsp; Condolences may be sent to the family on his everlasting memorial page at:&nbsp; www.BlurtonFuneralHomes.com.</p>

Roscoe Cross, 89, of Hoopeston, passed away at 5:10 p.m. Friday, April 16, 2021, at Colonial Manor Nursing Home, in Danville.

Roscoe was born on October 19, 1931, in Metcalfe County, Kentucky, the son of William Thomas and Lola Mae (Pointer) Cross. 

He is survived by his significant other- Barbara Peercy of Hoopeston.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Roscoe worked as a farmer and at Joan of Arc, for 15 years.  He enjoyed fishing.
