Christina Loretta Lovell (nee Pitcher) April 7, 1953 – April 17, 2021 McIvers, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Loretta Lovell announce her passing on Saturday, April 17, 2021 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 68 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughters Bobbie Ann (Frazer) Parsons and Patti (Bob) Tucker; precious grandchildren Madison, Sam, Quinn and Calliope and honorary granddaughter Allie; brothers Ephriam (Rosetta) Pitcher, Dawson (Marion) Pitcher, Ralph (Karen) Pitcher; sister-in-law Darlene (Benny) Lovell, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Doreen and Silas Pitcher, sister Louise Lovell, brother-in-law Abby Lovell, grandmother Christina Park, mother-in-law and father-in-law Angela and Albert Lovell. We would like to extend a very special thank you to our cousin, Charlene Lovell, for her devotion to the health and well-being or our beloved mother. Also, a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Peter Callahan and his staff for the many years of dedication. We would also like to thank the doctors and nurses at 3A and the Intensive Care Units at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital for their professionalism and comfort. Due to Covid-19 Government restrictions a private family visitation will take place. A private family funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 20 at the Epiphany Anglican Church in McIvers with Rev. Deacon Terry Loder officiating. Funeral service is by invitation only, masks and physical distancing required. Interment will follow at the Anglican Cemetery, McIvers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Epiphany Anglican Church Fund in McIvers.
