Juanita Jones

Juanita Jones made her grand entry on this side of heaven November 30th 1958, in Oklahoma to the proud parents; Willie Jones (Uncle Willie) and Aline (Sug) Jones. Janita the only child, attended local schools in the city of Stockton and graduated from Edison Sr. High School and began working at Mervyns department store for a short time after which she became the mother of three beautiful daughters Markisha, Tamika, and Qiana. Juanita accepted Christ though she lived a life of her understanding, the Bible says that God sent His only begotten Son into the world that whoseoever would believe in Him would not perish by have eternal life. “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life: and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.” 1 John 5:11, 12 The Apostle Paul wrote “We are confident, I say and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord” 2 Corinthians 5:8 Juanita was a very unique person, she was well known and loved in her community, with her quit wit she was a real pistol but loving and kind in her own way. She enjoyed good home cooked soul food and loved to dance “THE FOUR CORNERS” the dance that would never go out of style. Juanita leaves to cherish her memories, her mother Aline (Sug) Jones, daughter Qiana, eight grand-children, two god-children (Elaine and James), Aunts Loretta, Jerri, and Dorothy Louise Jones. Juanita was preceded in death by her Father “Big Daddy”, two daughters Markisha and Tamika Sharay Starks, Grandmother Everlean Jones, and Aunt Bernice Lydia. Juanita was very close to Anthony Robinson, Paula Thornton, and Tina who visited with her and brought much joy and comfort to her. The Hospice Staff and the Windsor Hampton facility.
