Benny H. Puckett, age 72, of Deerfield, passed away on April 12, 2021 at Hospice of Lenawee. He was born on July 7, 1948 in Detroit to William "Paul" and Bonnie (Tefft) Puckett. Benny married Leota Swift on December 7, 1968 and she survives. Benny proudly served in the United States Army before being discharged. Left to cherish Benny’s memory is his loving wife Leota; children, Benjamin Puckett and Jennifer (Curt) Liedel; brother, Paul “Rusty” (Michelle) Puckett; sisters, Brenda (Russell) Elefritz and Tina Dunn; grandchildren, Brady (Linda), Brittany (Kyle) and Blake (Joe); great-grandchildren, Emalynn, Liam, Jameson, and soon to be Asher; and canine companion, Walker.
