<p>It is with deep sorrow that we announce that Frances Eva Richardson, age 50, of West Laurel passed away April 4, 2021. Frances was born in 1970 to Ronald Doig and Sandra Doig (Tait) in Montreal, Canada. Frances earned degrees at McGill University and the University of Toronto before moving to the U.S. She worked most recently as a children&rsquo;s librarian for the Prince George&#39;s County Memorial Library System at the Hyattsville branch. She enjoyed walking among flowers, socializing with her friends, and especially entertaining children. She is survived by her husband Derek, mother Sandra, and sister Alexa. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honor of Frances to <a href="https://www.cachouston.org/">The Children&#39;s Assessment Center Foundation</a>&nbsp;.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
