Elizabeth Jane “Betsy” Keenan, age 38 of Toronto passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021at the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born March 15, 1983 in Steubenville.

Betsy was preceded in death by her father, Rickie Keenan; paternal grandparents, Jim and Virginia Keenan; maternal grandparents, James and Doris Welday.

She is survived by her mother, Linda Kay (Welday) Keenan of Steubenville; sons, Damien William Martin of Steubenville and Kayden Michael Allen Keenan of Toronto; brother, Todd (Angelica Marie Strock) Keenan of Toronto.

Visitation hours for Betsy will be held 2 to 4 Tuesday, April 13th at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
