Hazel Eugenia Hamilton
Hazel Eugenia Hamilton, age 78, of Bloomburg, Texas, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, April 07, 2021 at her residence. Hazel was born March 29, 1943, in Doddridge, Arkansas, to Vernon and Emma Sullivan. She was retired from Bloomburg ISD; and a member of Enon Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning and especially enjoyed cooking for friends in the community. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Hamilton; brother, Louis Sullivan; sister, Brenda Brackman; and her parents. She is survived by her sons, Donald Eugene Tyson and wife LaDonna of Bloomburg, Texas, Rusty Tyson and wife LaDonna of Atlanta, Texas; brother, Dennis Sullivan of Bethany, Louisiana; nine grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 10:00 am, Friday, April 9, 2021 at Salem Cemetery, Bloomburg, Texas; under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service with Bro. Gary Terry officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, April 8, 2021 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Hanner Funeral Service.
