Christine O. Wolfe-Yeager, age 51, of Grainfield, Kansas, passed away at her home on April 5, 2021.  She was born in Cambridge, NE on August 20, 1969 to Gale W. and Mary R. (Culver) Wolfe.  She was nine years old when she and her three siblings moved from north of Wilsonville, NE to Cambridge.  Christine attended Cambridge Public School, graduating in 1982.  She then continued her education at both McCook and North Platte Community Colleges graduating as a Licensed Practical Nurse.  

After graduation, Christine moved to Grand Island, NE where she lived and worked for several years. Then on to Colby, Kansas and later to Burlington, Colorado, where she was employed by the Kit Carson Correctional Facility.  Christine moved to Grainfield, Kansas, in July of 2007. Christine was blessed with three children:  Amanda Robin, Kassey Mae and Jesse Charles. 

She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary; grand-parents and several aunts and uncles. 

Christine is survived by her three children:  Amanda Wolfe of Grand Island, Kassey Yeager of O'Neill, NE and Jesse Beougher of Gove, KS; father, Gale Wolfe of Cambridge, NE; brother, Paul Wolfe of Cambridge; two sisters:  Rebecca (Levi) Cochran of Lingle, WY, Sarah (Wolfe ) Lucius Brown of Hebron, NE; six grandsons and several nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with the family present to greet friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  Graveside services will be held at the Fairview Cemetery in Cambridge with Pastor Becky Saddler at 10:30 AM Saturday, April 10, 2021.  Memorials may be left in Christine’s name at the Lockenour-Jones Mortuary in Cambridge.  Friends may leave on-line condolences at lockenourfh.com.  Lockenour-Jones Mortuary entrusted with arrangements.
