Richard Clare Douglas, 82, of Metamora/ Hadley, died peacefully at home Sunday April 4, 2021. He was born May 23, 1938 in Pontiac to parents John and Clara (Bonham) Douglas. Mr. Douglas married Evelyn Kirklin on June 8, 1979 at the Bethany Pentecostal Tabernacle, Orion Twp. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in death by his wife: Evelyn Douglas in 2017, his siblings: Clifford Douglas, Donald Douglas and Marie Wagner as well as his parents. He is now with his wife, and his other family members and friends that have gone on before him. A graveside service is scheduled for 1:00pm Thursday April 8, 2021 at the Mt.
