Tracy Lynn Derr-Riggleman, 55, of Hagerstown, passed away at home surrounded by family on Friday, April 2, 2021. Born on January 23, 1966 in Hagerstown, Tracy was the daughter of Charles Jerald Derr and Carolyn Ann Carpenter. She was a spiritual woman who loved her family. She also enjoyed reading, being outdoors, and her time at the beach. In addition to her parents, Tracy is survived by her sons, Donald O. Riggleman and Tyler A. Riggleman, both of Hagerstown; and her daughter, Megan E. Riggleman of Waynesboro. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Mason and Damion; her expantant granddaughter, Morgan; as well as her brother, Michael S. Derr of Hancock. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Rollin and Beatrice Carpenter; and her ex-husband, David Olin Riggleman. A Memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 6:00 PM at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor Jim Gross officiating.
