<p>Edward Vincent Keenan, 86, of Westminster, died at home on Friday, April 2, 2021.&nbsp; He was the loving husband of the late Barbara E. Keenan.&nbsp; Born March 4, 1935 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Joseph and Marie Keenan.</p> <p>Eddie grew up in the Walbrook section of Baltimore. He and Barb lived in the Woodlawn area for many years before relocating to Carroll County.&nbsp; Before retiring, he worked in construction and home improvements until he was 80.&nbsp; In his early years, he played softball and was a member of Franklintown Pleasure Club.&nbsp; He and his wife looked forward to their trips to OC.&nbsp; Eddie loved the water, his boats and was a fantastic water skier.&nbsp; He was a tough guy with a soft heart and will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him.&nbsp;</p> <p>He is survived by daughters Joyce Hemler, Kimberly Alasha, Kathleen Keenan&nbsp;and son Joseph Keenan.&nbsp; He leaves 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, with another one expected this summer.</p> <p>He was predeceased by his siblings, Billy, Jack, Marty, Joe and Sissy and daughters, Bonnie Sears, Barbara Davis Henry and Laurie Gamber.</p> <p>A Celebration of Life to be announced.</p>

Edward Vincent Keenan, 86, of Westminster, died at home on Friday, April 2, 2021.  He was the loving husband of the late Barbara E. Keenan.  Born March 4, 1935 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Joseph and Marie Keenan.

Eddie grew up in the Walbrook section of Baltimore.
