Deborah Lee Hartman

Deborah Lee Hartman, 60, of Manchester, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Long View Healthcare Center in Manchester, following a lengthy illness. Born June 11, 1960 in Baltimore, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth Leroy Heyn, Sr. and Carol Lee (Weeks) Williams. Deborah had worked as an administrative assistant for the majority of her earlier years, until her time of diagnosis Surviving are her daughter, Heather M. Smeak (née Thorpe); son-in-law, Phillip D. Smeak, Jr.; grandchildren, Kaleb D. Smeak and his wife, Ashley T. Smeak, (née Kimmell); Lilah D. Smeak, and Eliot A. Smeak; great-granddaughter, Lillian Ngọc Smeak; sisters, Sheila Shelley (née Heyn) and Donna Heyn; half-siblings, Samuel Williams, Michael Williams, and Korrie Hensley ((née Heyn); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Heyn, Jr. The family will receive friends Monday, April 5, from 6:00 p.m. until the time of a Celebration of Her Life at 7:00 p.m. at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 834 South Main Street, Hampstead, MD. The Rev. William Vowles will officiate. Facial coverings are required indoors and social distancing protocols must be observed.
