Nancy Carol Neff, age 66, went to be with the Lord on November 12, 2015 at 6:56 p.m. in her home surrounded by her loved ones. She is preceded by her mother Etta (Hamrick) Neff; her father James Acie Neff; her brothers Larry Wayne Neff, Delbert Leon Neff and James "Jim" Daris Neff (Nancy Neff Waters). Nancy is survived by brothers Gary Dean Neff (Marie), Acie Lee Neff (Corina) and James Hoy Neff; sisters Shelba Jean Dennis (Don), Patsy Sue Hensler (David), Eleanor Forshey (John), Abby Gail Zepeda (Tony), Jackie Lynn Hawkins (Elmo/Gordon) and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She attended WASCO and the O'Neill Center where she made lots of friends. Upon her mother's death, Nancy resided with her sister Shelba Jean for 17 years and then her sister Eleanor and brother-in-law John Forshey for ten years. The family would like to thank the staff of Marietta Home Hospice for their care as well as her special friends Ceryle Miller, Ginny Vanfossen, Kelly Sewell, Donna Duskey and Nancy Richmond. The family will receive friends Monday, November 16th from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home – East Lawn Chapel, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta 45750.
