Mrs. Faith Marie Bushee Hendrix, January 13, 1935 – March 24, 2021 of Leesburg, GA, passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 29, 2021, at 2:00 P.M, in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home of Leesburg, with Rev. Matthew Schluckebier officiating. The service will be live streamed for those unable to attend on Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home’s Facebook page starting at 1:50 P.M. Mrs. Hendrix was the daughter of the late Enid O. Althen and Stepfather, Arthur G. Athen, Sr. She worked for JCPenney Corporation for 33 years from which she retired. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and fellowshipping with others around the dinner table. She loved God, family, and her friends. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Cynthia Marie Hendrix Lewis of Orlando, FL and CathyLynn Hendrix Trull of Leesburg; GA; her grandson, Alexander Bert Trull of Portland, OR; siblings, Ruth Althen Porter, Judy Althen Bailey, George Althen, and Grace Althen Neal; several nieces; nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to her Mother and Stepfather, Mrs. Hendrix was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Richard Hendrix, Sr.; two sons, Charles Richard Hendrix, Jr. and Thomas Alfred Hendrix; son-in-law, Wade B. Lewis; grandparents, Bert and Ester Bushee and siblings, Gerald D. Althen, Joy Esther Althen Cole, and Arthur G.
