Obituary

Jolene Paige Gleason was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, auntie, cousin, mother, and friend. She was born October 30th, 1983, in Burien WA to Donald Lee Gleason and Jennifer Lee (Gleason) Van Every. Jolene was the most loving and compassionate person whose smile could brighten any room.

She attended school in Puyallup, graduating with honors from Emerald Ridge HS, and then immediately attended Pacific Lutheran University to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in economics. She climbed every ladder she attempted and always rose swiftly to the top. Her career interest was in Banking, usually at a position that required elevated experience. The most recent career in real estate banking. Jolene's hobbies included spending time outdoors, enjoying everything from the sun and the ocean to the trees and mountains.

She could spend hours telling you about her children, Tanner and Morgan, whom she loved most dearly. If you had the chance to see her with her children, you could see the love she had for them and the joy they brought her.

She loved spending time with her children and even taught them to read before kindergarten just as she had been taught. She had a special love for her brother and all her friends. Her parents could never be prouder of the human she was, always having a loving and determined approach to everyday life.

Those holding her in their hearts forever are her children Tanner and Morgan, her parents Jennifer and Don, her brother Bryce, as well as all of her extended family and friends

We ask you to keep her children in your prayers and in your thoughts, as well as remember her as the warm sunshine that she was, on both the inside and outside.

Her family is very appreciative of the outpouring of love and support for not only them, but Jolene as well. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date for those interested.
