Obituary

Alisha Danielle Pugh-Rocheville, 40, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on March 16, 2021 after a long, hard fought battle against a critical illness.

Alisha was born in Athens, Alabama, but grew up and lived most of her life in Hinesville.  She spent most of her career as an insurance agent, but the last job she held at Badcock Furniture was her favorite by far.  Alisha always looked out for her family and protected them at all costs.  She always stood up for her brother, whether it was as a child or as an adult.  Alisha’s  two daughters were her everything, and her mama bear instincts definitely came out when they were involved.  She loved music, cooking, dancing with her husband, and spending time with family. Alisha was a huge dog lover, especially her three Dachshunds, Whimpers, Savannah, and Jax.  She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and wife.  The way she would look at you, you could tell how much love she had in her eyes.  Her smile, her laugh, her hugs, everything about her will be missed.

Alisha is survived by her parents, Herschel and Emily Pugh, her brother, Jeremy Pugh, her two daughters, Justina Pugh and Jasmyn Horne, and her husband, Timothy Rocheville.  May her spirit forever fly high and continue to watch over her loved ones.

Visitation and funeral services were held on Sunday, March 21, 2021 beginning at 2:00 pm at the Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Flemington.

Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home, Flemington, is handling arrangements.
