<p>Bonnie L. Vestal, 70, Independence, MO passed away Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015 at the Promise Skilled Nursing Facility, Overland Park, KS.</p> <p>Bonnie was born April 14, 1944 in Greenwood, MS to Lt. Col. Rolla and Bonita (Swicegood) Vestal. She was a 1962 graduate of Shawnee Mission North High School. She worked in the real estate industry as a commercial closer. She was employed with Chicago Title and Stewart Title prior to retiring. In her younger years, Bonnie enjoyed water skiing. Most recently, annual trips to Las Vegas.</p> <p>Bonnie is survived by her three sisters, Maggie Owen, Overland Park, KS, Jo Jean Dodd and Shirley Vestal, both of Shawnee, KS; three nieces and two nephews.</p> <p> </p> <h2>Services</h2> <p> </p> <p>Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Jan 13 at the Amos Family Funeral Home; burial in the Johnson County Memorial Gardens.
