She was born on January 31, 1939 in Washington, DC and was the loving daughter of the late Goldie Jones Latvinsky and Benjamin Latvinsky. Adored and loving wife of P.L. “Gus” Torbert for 58 years. She was the cherished mother of Linda, Donnie, Frank, Bruce, and the late Tony. She was a grandmother of four and great grandmother of one. In 1956, she graduated from Northwestern High school. Barbra was a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star. All Funeral Services will be private at this time. Contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Mary’s P.O.
