CARLISLE, Elizabeth Rose "Betty" - it is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Betty at the Belleville General Hospital on Wednesday, March 10th, 2021. Betty of Frankford was in her 81st year. Beloved daughter of the late Jerry and Julia Morrison. Beloved wife of the late Bob Carlisle. Also loved by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings Tom, Frank, Gord, Ray, Helen, and Bob Morrison. Will be sadly missed by her close friends. A graveside service will be held at a later date from Holy Trinity Cemetery, Frankford. In lieu of flowers, donations to War Amps would be appreciated by the family.
