Robert “Bob” P. Grippardi, 74 of New Ipswich, died on Sunday, February 28, 2021 in the comfort of his home, after a period of declining health. He was born in Newark, NJ, on September 15, 1946, the son of Peter and Lenda (Masti) Grippardi. He graduated from Irvington High School and went on to also graduate from the Stevens Institute of Technology. After graduation, he traveled all over the US as well as to Mexico and Brazil working for various Nuclear Power Companies as a Nuclear Engineer, eventually finding himself in New Ipswich, working between both Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant and Vermont Yankee Power Plant. He married his wife Wendy Archambault on August 13, at the New Ipswich Congregational Church He was a member of the New Ipswich Congregational Church for many years. He enjoyed Gardening, tending to his Koi pond and New England sports teams, especially the Patriots and the Red Sox, and when not watching them, he enjoyed watching his grandchildren at their sports games. He attended the Bond Wellness Center for over 18 years. He is survived by his wife of 18 plus years: Wendy J Grippardi of New Ipswich. Honoring the wishes of the family, there are no public calling hours or services planned at this time. Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made in Robert P Grippardi’s name to the New Ipswich Congregational Church, 156 Main St, New Ipswich, NH 03071, c/o the Building Fund.
