<p><span style="font-size:20px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Evelyn (Fata) Moreira, 89, of Middle St. Fall River, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at her home.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 20px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Born in Fall River, she was the wife of the late Joseph &ldquo;Joe Bud&rdquo; Moreira and the daughter of the late Fred and Germaine (Audette) Fata.</span></p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<span style="font-size:18px;">Evelyn was employed by Pilgrim Curtain, Amy Lynn Manufacturing, Grove Curtain and Meredith Home Fashions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:18px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.&nbsp; A faithful Catholic, she was a member of the former Saint Anne&rsquo;s Church.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 18px;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Evelyn leaves a son, Michael Moreira (wife Deborah); two brothers, Fred Fata, Jr. (wife Mary) and Philip Fata (wife Doris); two grandchildren, Brooke Moreira Dodd (husband Randall Dodd) and Adam Joseph Moreira (wife Melissa); great-grandchildren, Will Bennett, Sarah Bennett, Jordan Moreira and Landon Moreira. &nbsp; Arrangements are private.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Obituary

     Evelyn (Fata) Moreira, 89, of Middle St. Fall River, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at her home.

     Born in Fall River, she was the wife of the late Joseph “Joe Bud” Moreira and the daughter of the late Fred and Germaine (Audette) Fata.

       Evelyn was employed by Pilgrim Curtain, Amy Lynn Manufacturing, Grove Curtain and Meredith Home Fashions.  

     She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  A faithful Catholic, she was a member of the former Saint Anne’s Church.

     Evelyn leaves a son, Michael Moreira (wife Deborah); two brothers, Fred Fata, Jr. (wife Mary) and Philip Fata (wife Doris); two grandchildren, Brooke Moreira Dodd (husband Randall Dodd) and Adam Joseph Moreira (wife Melissa); great-grandchildren, Will Bennett, Sarah Bennett, Jordan Moreira and Landon Moreira.   Arrangements are private.
