<p>Wilma Shriver 94 of Akron passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on February 25, 2021. She was born in August,1926 in Youngstown. Wilma was preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years Warren Shriver; her loving son William Shriver (Bill); loving grandson William Rabold (Billy); son-in-law Rick DiBiase; parents Margaret and George Adams; parents-in-law Mary and George Shriver; sister and brother-in-law Elizabeth and Leland Hirst; brother George Adams; and brother and sister-in-law Norman and Mary Adams.<br /> <br /> She is survived by her daughters Margaret (Robert) Rabold of Dublin OH, Sara DiBiase of Cuyahoga Falls OH; Jennifer (Brad Schellin) Barrett of Denver CO and Mary Beth Shriver of Chicago IL; grandchildren Courtney Rabold, Caitlin Rabold, Stephanie (Fianc&eacute; John Cade) DiBiase, Nathan Barrett, Jacob Barrett and Adam Barrett.<br /> <br /> Wilma was a graduate of Youngstown Chaney High School, class of 1944. She attended Youngstown State University, Dana School of Music; She was a devoted wife and nurturing mother and grandmother. She was a member of St. Vincent Catholic Church and volunteered as their Organist for 47 years. Wilma loved playing the organ for the Church&#39;s Choir, cheering on the Buckeyes, playing cards, gardening, loving her pets, and lighting firecrackers.<br /> <br /> The family would like to thank the devoted and loving care givers.<br /> <br /> She will be missed by all. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 10 AM at St. Vincent Church 164 W. Market St. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at Hummel Funeral Home 500 E. Exchange St. Akron on Friday from 5-7 PM. Memorial donations in her son Bill&#39;s name may be made to the Leukemia &amp; Lymphoma Society Northern Ohio Chapter 902 WestPoint Pkwy Suite 300 Cleveland OH 44145 or to St. Vincent Catholic Church.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
