On Saturday, February 20, 2021 Mrs. Emily Anderson passed away peacefully with family by her side in the Vermilion Health Centre at the age of 79 years. Emily is loved and remembered by her Loving Husband Maynard Anderson of Vermilion; Daughter Christine (Derek) Burnett of Calgary; Sons James Anderson of Grande Prairie and Daniel Anderson of St. Paul; Grandchildren Heather (Adam) Bowers, Allison Burnett; Great Grandchildren Felix and Milo Brother Tom Holgate of Kamloops; Sisters Ruth (Wayne) Lee of Innisfail; Sarah (Bruce) Wilson of Vernon; as well as several nieces and nephews. Emily is Predeceased by Her Parents John and Thelma Holgate; Brothers Ken (Velma), Harry and Ron Holgate; Sister Lois (Jim) Robinson. A family service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 1, 2021, at Creech's Lakeland Funeral Home. Emily's service will be available online.
