Martha Gail Pozek,70, of Lafayette, IN, passed away on February 19, 2021. She was born on April 10, 1950 in Moulton, Alabama to the late Raymond and Nina (King) Wooten. On February 25, 1966, she married Jure Pozek in Joliet, Illinois and he preceded her in death on May 11, 2005. Martha was a homemaker and member of St. Boniface Church. Surviving are her children, George (Judy) Pozek, April (Kevin) Morgano, and Chris (Karen) Pozek and her brother, Richard (Jeanette) Wooten. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Devon (Claire) Pozek, Shannon Pozek, Nicole (Clint) Juarez, Jacob Morgano, Reigan Pozek, and George Pozek, and four great grandchildren, Scarlett, Bailey, Clint Jr., and Marco. Also many nieces, nephews, and other family members. Martha brought tons of love to so many people during her journey... Martha was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Wooten, Jr. A Service will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Fisher Funeral Chapel with a visitation prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Spring Vale Cemetery.
