Allan Lap Chi, age 54, passed away on February 1, 2021, in San Francisco, California. Allan was born on May 19, 1966 in Hong Kong. He was the son of Bing Fat Chi and Yuk Chun Chi. Allan is survived by his family: Christopher Allan Blake (son), Yuk Chun Chi (mother), Susie (sister) Kevin (brother) and Annie (sister). His father, Bing Fat Chi, passed away on November 30th, 1989.
