Officer Joseph Anthony Cisneros, age 43, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. A graduate of St. Gerard High School, Joseph later went on to attend and graduate from Wayland Baptist University. He was preceded in death by his brother, Christopher Cisneros. Joseph is survived by his loving wife, Sylvia Magallon Cisneros; their children, Joseph Anthony Cisneros III & Viviana Colette Cisneros; father, Joe Anthony Cisneros; mother, Leslie Gail Cisneros; brother, Benjamin Cisneros; uncle, Jesse Cisneros & his wife Elsa; and numerous nieces & nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at Porter Loring Mortuary.
