Michael Louis Kunde, 71, of Siloam Springs, passed away Monday, February 8, 2021 at the Siloam Springs Regional Hospital.

Michael was born on May 13, 1949 in St. Joseph, Michigan. He was the son of Everett Ralph Kunde and Clarabelle Leona Metzger Kunde. He married Pricilla Cunanan on December 30, 1992. Michael earned his Master’s Degree in Engineering at the University of Michigan, and later worked at Baldor/ABB, a career he enjoyed for 20 years. He enjoyed collecting firearms, shooting sports, and working around his shop.

He is survived by his wife Pricilla Kunde of Siloam Springs; two sons, Michael R. D. Kunde and wife Kerrie of Pennsylvania, and Jeremy J. Smith and wife Erin of Farmington, Arkansas; brother-in-law Joe DeWeese of Bend, Oregon; five grandchildren, Katelyn, Kristina, Kassidy, Kayla and Ryan; and 4 great grandchildren, Gabriel, Shailyn, Alyvia, and Denver.

He was preceded in death by his parents and older sister, Cynthia DeWeese.
